Reviews and Ratings
This hotel makes a bold impression with its lavish decor and spacious rooms, but it falls short in several key areas. While the cleanliness and ambiance are commendable, the service leaves much to be desired, particularly in managing guest needs and ensuring a seamless experience. The location, while quiet, lacks accessibility to the city's attractions, which is a downside. Overall, it offers a unique experience, but definitely not the five-star standard one might expect.
My stay at the hotel was quite an experience. While the outdoor pool was beautiful and my family enjoyed it a lot, I found the overall service lacking clarity and support. The hotel's luxurious styling was evident, but many aspects felt more overwhelming than welcoming. It's a bit disheartening to realize that with such potential, the execution fell short in various areas.
While the hotel has a luxurious appearance and spacious rooms, the experience fell short of expectations due to various service issues and location drawbacks. The staff seemed eager to help, but their lack of professionalism often hindered the overall enjoyment. Despite having decent facilities, including a gym and pool, getting around proved to be difficult due to its remote location. The pricing felt inconsistent with the value offered, particularly when considering dining options.
I had a great experience at this hotel overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a truly luxurious feel. The service from most staff was friendly and eager to help, but some did seem less accommodating. Located a bit far from the city center, it offers a quiet retreat, although getting to downtown can take some time. The dining options are a bit pricey, and the breakfast didn't impress me much, but it’s excellent value for the level of comfort offered.
The hotel is newly built with highly decorated and spacious rooms, which were quite comfortable. However, the location was a bit inconvenient as it was far from restaurants and shopping areas. The staff was friendly but often struggled with providing service at the level expected from a luxury hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, especially for the price, but the dining options could use improvement.
